2. each consignment must be accompanied by, as appropriate, a commercial document referred to in the last indent of Article 4 (2) (a) or the health certificate referred to in Article 10 (2) (c), bearing the name and approval number of the processing or treatment plant and stating that the product has been heat-treated in accordance with paragraph 3 (a); this document or certificate must be retained by the consignee for a period of at least one year;
2) chaque lot doit être accompagné, selon le cas, d'un document commercial visé à l'article 4 point 2 a) dernier tiret ou du certificat sanitaire visé à l'article 10 paragraphe 2 point c), portant le nom et le numéro d'agrément de l'établissement de transformation ou de traitement et attestant que le produit a été soumis à un traitement thermique conformément aux dispositions du point 3 a), ce document ou certificat étant à conserver par le destinataire pendant un an au moins;
