If none of the documents listed can be furnished, the competent authority of the Member State wishing to expel the person concerned and Pakistan’s diplomatic or consular representation will interview the person in order to establish their nationality.

Pakistan shall take back without delay any person readmitted by a Member State, and a Member State shall take back without delay a person readmitted by Pakistan, if it is established within a period of three months after the transfer of the person concerned that the requirements laid down in Articles 2 and 3 of this Agreement were not met.
