Definition: Symptoms are presented by the patient as if they were due to a physical disorder of a system or organ that is largely or completely under autonomic innervation and control, i.e. the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital systems. – (FR) Since 2000, the European Union has continually promoted equality, and this increasingly in the broadest possible sense of the word: equality between men and women, between nationals and foreigners, between the sick and the healthy, between Catholics, Muslims, Buddhists and other religions, equality of access to education, to health, equality for one’s sexual orientation, and so on. In short, the list is evidently not exhaustive, and the European directives currently being drafted concern equal access to social services and housing.
– Depuis 2000, l’Union européenne n’a de cesse de promouvoir l’égalité au sens de plus en plus large possible: l’égalité entre hommes et femmes, entre nationaux et étrangers, entre malades et bien portants, entre catholiques, musulmans, bouddhistes ou autres religions, égalité dans l’accès à l’éducation, à la santé, dans son orientation sexuelle.Bref, la liste est évidemment non exhaustive et les prochaines directives européennes en préparation concernent l’égalité devant l’accès aux services sociaux et au logement.

The European Union wants to uphold its obligations concerning the accession of Bulgaria and Romania on 1 January 2007. At the same time, and in order not to delay the accession date, both countries should fulfil all the criteria for joining the European Union.

Enlargement - Decisions to be taken following Norway's decision not to accede The Council reached political agreement on the following texts, the purpose of which is to make the necessary adjustments to the Accession Treaty as a result of Norway's decision not to accede: - draft Decision adjusting the instruments concerning the accession of new Member States to the European Union; - draft Council Decision determining the order in which the office of President shall be held; - draft Decision amending the Council Decision of 28 March 1994 concerning the taking of decisions by qualified majority by the Council; - joint declaration on Article 31 of the Decision adjusting the instruments concerning the accession of new Member States to the European Union.

ANNEX DRAFT CODE OF CONDUCT CONCERNING PUBLIC ACCESS TO COUNCIL AND COMMISSION DOCUMENTS The Council and the Commission, HAVING REGARD to the Declaration on the Right of Access to Information annexed to the Final Act of the Treaty on European Union, which emphasizes that transparency of the decision-making process strengthens the democratic nature of the Institutions and the public's confidence in the administration, HAVING REGARD to the conclusions wherein the European Councils in Birmingham and Edinburgh agreed on a number of principles to promote a Community closer to its citizens, HAVING REGARD to the conclusions of the European Council in Copenhagen, reaffirming the principle of giving citizens the greatest possible access to information and calling on the Council and the Commission to adopt at an early date the necessary measures for putting this principle into practice, CONSIDERING it desirable to establish by common agreement the principles which will govern access to Commission and Council documents, it being understood that it is for each of them to implement these principles by means of specific regulations, WHEREAS the said principles are without prejudice to the relevant provisions on access to files directly concerning persons with a specific interest in them, WHEREAS these principles will have to be implemented in full compliance with the provisions concerning classified information, WHEREAS this code of conduct is an additional element in their information and communication policy, HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: General principle The public will have the widest possible access to documents held by the Commission and the Council".
