Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. (2) Where a company has entered into a contract pursuant to paragraph (1)(a) and the contract, when taken together with all other such contracts entered into by the company, results in all or substantially all of the management functions of the company being exercised by persons who are not employees of the company, the Superintendent may, by order, if the Superintendent considers that result to be inappropriate, require the company, within such time as may be specified in the order, to take all steps necessary to ensure that management functions that are integral to the carrying on of business by the company are exercised by employees of the company to the extent specified in the order.

The bonds may be issued for any corporate purpose of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority and/or may be exchanged for outstanding bonds or other indebtedness of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company on such terms as may be agreed upon by the board and the holders and owners of such bonds and other indebtedness, except that the exchange price thereof shall not be greater in par value of bonds of the board than the redemption price of the bonds of such company under existing indentures and the face amount of such other indebtedness.
