I think it is well worth further investigation to ask that question even more generally, to ask what has happened to Canada's responses, including responses from the provinces to the concluding observations of both the monitoring committees when Canadian NGOs presented their alternative reports under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights where there were concluding observations of those monitoring committees.
