The only way to meet this international commitment, whose objectives the Bloc supports, is to do what was done when the Saguenay—St. Lawrence marine park was established, in other words, to have similar legislation passed simultaneously at the federal and provincial level and dealing with a joint management.
La seule façon d'atteindre cet engagement international, aux objectifs duquel le Bloc souscrit, c'est de faire comme on a fait quand on a constitué le Parc marin Saguenay—Saint-Laurent, c'est-à-dire en procédant avec une même loi, adoptée au même moment au niveau fédéral et au niveau provincial, en décidant d'une gestion conjointe.
