Maybe the answer here, to avoid the other problem I have talked about — about having to articulate each and every one — is to say: Should that section be expanded to make it clear that, when we talk about victims, we talk about people who are directly affected by the commission or alleged commission of a criminal offence, and how could anyone say that the child here was anything other than that?
Pour éviter l'autre problème dont j'ai parlé — c'est-à-dire la nécessité de codifier chaque cas de figure —, la solution ne consisterait-elle pas à augmenter cet article pour préciser que, s'agissant de victimes, on parle bien des personnes directement touchées par la commission ou la commission alléguée d'un acte criminel? Partant, qui pourrait affirmer que les enfants ne seraient pas visés par cette définition?
