Definition: The patient suffers from uncertainty about his or her gender identity or sexual orientation, which causes anxiety or depression. Most commonly this occurs in adolescents who are not certain whether they are homosexual, heterosexual or bisexual in orientation, or in individuals who, after a period of apparently stable sexual orientation (often within a longstanding relationship), find that their sexual orientation is changing.

IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Where the Commission finds, within six months after receiving the annual assessment report of the national supervisory authority concerned, that the assessment report does not establish that the variation of actual costs against determined costs is actually the result of relevant events or circumstances set out in paragraph 2(a) and in line with the provision of paragraph 2(b), it shall decide in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 549/2004 that the Member State(s) concerned shall not be allowed to apply the provisions of paragraph 2 in respect to the variation of actual costs against determined costs, in part or in whole according to its findings.

6. Where the Commission finds that the competent authority has not complied with its obligation to draw up a remedial plan pursuant to paragraph 3 or that the paying agency continues to be accredited without having fully implemented such a plan within the determined period, it shall request the competent authority to withdraw the accreditation of that paying agency unless the necessary changes are made within a period to be determined by the Commission according to the severity of the problem.
6. Si la Commission constate que l’autorité compétente n’a pas rempli son obligation d’élaborer un plan correctif conformément au paragraphe 3 ou que l’organisme payeur continue à être agréé sans avoir pleinement mis en œuvre un tel plan dans le délai déterminé, elle demande à l’autorité compétente de retirer l’agrément de l’organisme payeur en question à moins que les modifications nécessaires ne soient apportées dans un délai à fixer par la Commission en fonction de la gravité du problème.

Where the Commission finds that the unit rates do not comply with the provisions of this Regulation and Implementing Regulation (EU) No 390/2013, it shall, within four months after submission of the unit rates, inform the Member State concerned accordingly, which shall within one month submit to the Commission revised unit rates.
