Where some or all of the commercial documents required to be scrutinised pursuant to this Chapter are located with an undertaking in the same commercial group, partnership or association of undertakings managed on a unified basis as the undertaking scrutinised, whether located inside or outside the territory of the Union, the undertaking shall make those commercial documents available to officials responsible for the scrutiny, at a place and time to be determined by the Member States responsible for carrying out the scrutiny.
Lorsque tout ou partie des documents commerciaux devant faire l'objet d'un contrôle dans le cadre du présent chapitre se trouvent dans une entreprise appartenant au même groupe commercial, à la même société ou à la même association d'entreprises gérées sur une base unifiée que l'entreprise contrôlée, qu'elle soit située sur le territoire de l'Union ou en dehors de celui-ci, l'entreprise contrôlée doit mettre ces documents à la disposition des agents responsables du contrôle, en un lieu et à une date à déterminer par l'État membre responsable de l'exécution du contrôle.
