Aspects of importance to our group have been still further emphasised, among them the reinforcement of the partnership principle and of the urban dimension of cohesion and structural policy, involving among other things the possibility of projects to improve the environment through support for the building of social housing; the Committee also agreed that private-public partnerships should also be an option and decided on a joint approach to the situation of regions affected by the statistical effect.
Des aspects auxquels mon groupe accorde une grande importance ont été accentués davantage encore, notamment le renforcement du principe de partenariat et de la dimension urbaine des politiques structurelle et de cohésion, qui permet entre autres de créer des projets visant l’amélioration de l’environnement grâce à une aide à la construction des logements sociaux. La commission a également accepté la possibilité de partenariats privé-public et a opté pour une approche commune concernant la situation des régions affectées par l’effet statistique.
