(b) by arcs of circles circumscribed about points determined by reference to the geographical coordinates listed in Schedule II, so that each such arc has a radius of two hundred nautical miles and terminates at the points where it intersects with an immediately adjoining arc or with a geodesic line described in paragraph (a) or, in the case of Area 2 in Schedule I, with the arc defining the outer limit of the 200 nautical mile fishery conservation zone established by the United States of America pursuant to the Fishery Conservation and Management Act of the United States of America dated March 1, 1977,
b) par des arcs de cercle tracés autour des points déterminés au moyen des coordonnées géographiques visées à l’annexe II, de façon que chacun de ces arcs ait un rayon de 200 milles marins et s’achève à son point d’intersection avec un autre arc immédiatement adjacent ou avec une ligne géodésique décrite à l’alinéa a) ou, dans le cas de la Région 2 visée à l’annexe I, avec l’arc déterminant la limite extérieure de la zone de conservation des pêcheries de 200 milles marins établie par les États-Unis d’Amérique en vertu de la loi des États-Unis d’Amérique intitulée Fishery Conservation and Management Act, en date du 1 mars 1977,
