The European Parliament responded positively to this approach in its report on the "Follow-up of the Territorial Agenda and the Leipzig Charter" (rapporteur: Gisela Kallenbach), reiterating its request for a clear definition of territorial cohesion in the forthcoming Green Paper on Territorial Cohesion.
