I wish you all well, and would especially like to thank my colleagues in the Committee on Transport and Tourism, Chairman Costa, Commissioner Tajani and all the Members of this House, and I would just like to conclude with an appeal for greater transparency, which I hope the next Parliament will truly offer, because we voted for transparency regarding the situation of the stagiaires, assistants and many of our co-workers, but it unfortunately has yet to materialise.
Je vous souhaite tout le meilleur et voudrais particulièrement remercier mes collègues de la commission des transports et du tourisme, le président Costa, le commissaire Tajani et tous les membres de cette Assemblée, et je conclurai par un appel en faveur d’une plus grande transparence, que j’espère que le prochain Parlement assurera véritablement, car nous avons voté pour la transparence au sujet de nos stagiaires, de nos assistants et de bon nombre de nos collègues, mais ce vote doit malheureusement encore se matérialiser en termes concrets.

The awards were announced by Gerard Druesne, European Institute of Public Administration - chairman of Awards Committee, and presented to the winners by Commissioners Erkki Liikanen and David Byrne, Costas Stefanis, Greek Minister for Health, and Manolis Stratakis, Greek Deputy Transport and Communications Minister.
