All references in Union law to the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health shall be construed as references to the Committee referred to in the first subparagraph.

After assessing the dossiers included in those applications, the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health (the Committee) acknowledged that the specific composition of the feeds concerned fulfils the respective particular intended nutritional purposes and that it has no adverse effects on animal health, human health, the environment or animal welfare.
Après avoir évalué ces dossiers, le comité permanent de la chaîne alimentaire et de la santé animale (ci-après le «comité») a établi que la composition spécifique des aliments pour animaux concernés répondait aux objectifs nutritionnels particuliers auxquels ils étaient destinés et que ces aliments n'avaient pas d'effets négatifs sur la santé animale, la santé humaine, l'environnement ou le bien-être animal.

Taking into consideration the new circumstances that have arisen after the vote, the draft Decision which received on 15 February 2011 a positive opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health should not be adopted and a new draft Decision extending the provisions already voted to the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia should be presented for a opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health.

With regard to the measures laid down in Decision 2005/760/EC, the Commission has started the evaluation of the Opinion immediately after its release and a first analysis of the Opinion and the possible modifications to these measures has taken place during an expert working group meeting in the framework of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 14 November 2006 and in the meeting of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 27 November 2006.
En ce qui concerne les mesures fixées dans la décision 2005/760/CE, la Commission a entamé l'évaluation de l'avis dès sa diffusion. 1a. A Member State shall notify the declaration referred to in paragraph 1 to the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health in accordance with the following procedure:

However, the process is slow and resource-intensive because of the complex scientific and administrative work involved (monograph written by a Rapporteur Member State, scientific peer review, discussions between experts at the evaluation meetings, consultation of the Scientific Committee of Plants and vote in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health).
La procédure est toutefois très longue et exige de nombreuses ressources en raison des travaux scientifiques et administratifs complexes à exécuter (monographie rédigée par un État membre rapporteur, examen scientifique par des pairs, discussions d'experts lors des réunions d'évaluation, consultation du Comité Scientifique des Plantes et vote au sein du Comité Phytosanitaire Permanent).
