My main concern during the production of this report has been that the food additives included in it should not only represent technological progress but they should not pose any risk to health nor cause misunderstanding amongst consumers.
Ma principale préoccupation pendant la rédaction de ce rapport a été que les additifs alimentaires repris ne devaient pas seulement constituer un progrès technologique, mais aussi ne pas entraîner le moindre risque pour la santé ni susciter le moindre malentendu chez les consommateurs.
