I suggest that Bill C-33 and the ecoENERGY for Biofuels subsidy program ensure at least two things to maintain fairness in the marketplace and that funds are sent to where they can support Canadian farmers: First, that there is a minimum Canadian content in the feedstock used for subsidized Biofuels; and, second, that Canadian farmer co-op owned biofuels get preferential treatment under the statute and regulations to follow.
