In amendment, the Honourable Senator Keon moved, seconded by the Honourable LeBreton, that the Bill be not now read a third time but that it be amended: (a) on page 1, (i) by replacing the long title with the following: " An Act to incorporate and to establish an industry levy to provide for the Canadian Anti-Smoking Youth Foundation" , and (ii) in clause 2, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following: " " Foundation" means the Canadian Anti-Smoking Youth" ; and (b) on page 3, in clause 4 by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: " the Canadian Anti-Smoking Youth Foundation" .
