Third, that the Council decision and the Council Regulations amount to a breach of the applicant’s fundamental rights as protected by the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and/or the European Convention of human Rights including the applicant’s right to human dignity, right to a good administration, right to an effective remedy and a fair trial, right to be presumed innocent and rights of defence, right to respect for his private and family life, home and communications, freedom to conduct a business, and his right to property.
Troisième moyen tiré de ce que la décision du Conseil et les règlements du Conseil constituent une violation des droits fondamentaux du requérant tels que protégés par la Charte des droits fondamentaux de l’Union européenne et/ou la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, notamment le droit à la dignité humaine, le droit à une bonne administration, le droit à un recours effectif et à accéder à un tribunal impartial, le droit à la présomption d’innocence et les droits de la défense, le droit au respect de sa vie privée et familiale, de son domicile et de ses communications, la liberté d’entreprise et son droit de propriété.
