Ms. Marlene Catterall: The second thing is that I would hate to see us get into a position of setting up a bureaucracy where everybody who wants to use a representation of the House of Commons, arguably one of the first two most important symbols of this country, next to or ahead of the Canadian flag, would have to come and have approval.
