3'. heat-treated drinking milk': either drinking milk intended for sale to the final consumer and to institutions, obtained by heat treatment and presented in the forms defined in Annex C, Chapter I. A. 4 (a), (b), (c) and (d) or milk treated by pasteurization for sale in bulk at the request of the individual consumer;
3) «lait de consommation traité thermiquement»: soit du lait de consommation destiné à la vente au consommateur final et aux collectivités, obtenu par un traitement thermique et se présentant sous les formes définies à l'annexe C chapitre Ier partie A points 4 a), b), c) et d), soit du lait traité par pasteurisation pour être vendu en vrac à la demande du consommateur individuel;
