Recognises the importance of the BSEC and acknowledges the role of the Black Sea Synergy, but stresses – given the geopolitical importance of the BSR and the lack of any notable successes so far from the Black Sea Synergy – the urgent need to develop a uniform EU strategy for the BSR, since only through such a strategy can the objective of enhanced and sustainable cooperation with the BSR be achieved;
25. est conscient de l'importance de l'OCEMN, et reconnaît le rôle joué par la Synergie de la mer Noire; réaffirme, cependant, du fait de l'importance géopolitique de la RMN et de l'absence de résultats probants atteints à ce jour par la Synergie de la mer Noire, la nécessité pressante d'élaborer une stratégie commune de l'Union pour la RMN, étant donné que seule une telle stratégie permettra de réaliser l'objectif d'une coopération renforcée et durable avec cette région;
