The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of StarBev Holdings S.à r.l., registered in Luxembourg and headquartered in the Czech Republic, by the US based Molson Coors Brewing Company, both active in the brewing and distribution of beer.
La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement de l’UE sur les concentrations, le projet d’acquisition de StarBev Holdings S.à r.l., entreprise immatriculée au Luxembourg dont le siège social se trouve en République tchèque, par l’américain Molson Coors Brewing Company. Ces deux entreprises sont spécialisées dans le brassage et la distribution de bière.
