Même s'il faut se poser de très sérieuses questions au sujet de ces missions et même si je m'exprime sans avoir en mains les renseignements pertinents en raison de la façon dont nous avons été mis au courant de ce dossier, j'estime néanmoins qu'il est très important que le Canada appuie les initiatives de ses alliés visant à chercher à maintenir la paix et l'harmonie dans d'autres pays et à éviter l'effusion de sang inutile dont nous sommes témoins dans des contextes où des gens perdent la vie, sont mutilés et sont violés tous les jours de façons diverses.
