I remain hopeful, given that, last fall, when we voted on supply management, the Bloc Québécois introduced the motion at the beginning of the day, the other parties rallied together over the course of the day and, in the end, we achieved unanimity, which allowed for negotiations with a firm, solid position and concrete results.
Je garde espoir, puisque l'automne dernier, lorsque nous avons voté à propos de la gestion de l'offre, en début de journée le Bloc québécois proposait sa motion, en cours de journée, les autres partis se sont ralliés et, finalement, nous avons obtenu l'unanimité, ce qui a permis de négocier avec une position ferme et solide et d'obtenir un résultat concret.
