It also calls for a re-examination of the provisions of Directive 79/279 [11].

Si des arrangements appropriés ne sont pas trouvés, les bourses de valeurs à finalité commerciale pourraient chercher à abandonner leurs coûteuses fonctions de cotation, tout particulièrement si elles considèrent que des concurrents profitent indûment des services de cotation qu'elles assurent.
