And I think the message that came through with them was that we've now put the money, as you see, into a partnership so that the people out in the field who are so immersed in scientific research are actually being given the funds to do the work, which is much better than we could do by having a bunch of bearded grey-haired scientists working in the bowels of one of our buildings here.
