Inland consumption is the sum of the aggregate ‘observed gross inland deliveries’, as defined in Section 3.2.1 of Annex C to Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008, of the following products only: motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, gasoline-type jet fuel (naphtha-type jet fuel or JP4), kerosene-type jet fuel, other kerosene, gas/diesel oil (distillate fuel oil) and fuel oil (high sulphur content and low sulphur content) as defined in Section 4 of Annex B to Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008.
La consommation intérieure est établie par addition des «livraisons intérieures brutes observées» agrégées, selon la définition figurant à l’annexe C, point 3.2.1., du règlement (CE) no 1099/2008, des seuls produits suivants: essence moteur, essence aviation, carburéacteur type essence (carburéacteur type naphta ou JP4), carburéacteur type kérosène, pétrole lampant, gazole/carburant diesel (fuel-oil distillé) et fuel-oil (à haute et à basse teneur en soufre) tels que définis à l’annexe B, point 4, du règlement (CE) no 1099/2008.

Ø a share of the tax rate on energy consumption, limited to motor fuel for road transport ("eco-tax") with consideration also being given to aviation fuel and related emissions as a possible future development to end the current tax exemption for jet fuel;
