In the interests of openness and transparency, which I think are important attributes for a public institution, my colleagues and I on the Internal Economy Committee have authorized the Clerk of the Senate to act on rule 14-7 and make the chamber audio available publicly via the ParlVU webpage.
Par souci d'ouverture et de transparence, qui sont à mon avis des attributs importants d'une institution publique, nous avons autorisé le greffier du Sénat à donner suite à l'article 14-7 du Règlement et à rendre publique la radiodiffusion des séances du Sénat à partir de la page Web ParlVU.
