Aim: to identify and prioritise the material and information requirements of governments, agencies and public authorities in combating and protecting against terrorism and to deliver technology solutions for threat detection, identification, protection and neutralisation as well as containment and disposal of threatening substances including biological, chemical and nuclear ones and weapons of mass destruction.
Objectif: identifier et classer par ordre de priorité les besoins en matériel et en informations des gouvernements, des agences et des pouvoirs publics dans la lutte et la protection contre le terrorisme et fournir des solutions technologiques pour la détection, l'identification, la protection et la neutralisation des menaces ainsi que le confinement et l'élimination de substances (biologiques, chimiques et nucléaires) susceptibles de représenter une menace et des armes de destruction massive.

Notes with regret that the Republican Council for National Minorities has not been active since 2009; calls on the authorities to facilitate in good faith the formation of the Bosniak National Council, as well as the integration of the two Islamic Communities in the country; draws attention to the fact that Sandžak and South and South-East Serbia, where a significant number of minorities live, are economically underdeveloped regions which require further efforts by the authorities to combat high unemployment and social exclusion; reiterates the importance of implementation of the protocol on national minorities signed by the Romanian and Serbian governments in Brussels on 1 March 2012; calls on the Serbian authorities to improve the situation of all minorities, including Roma, Bosniak, Albanian and Bulgarian minorities, which are disproportionally affected by the economic downturn, and to ensure consistent application of the legal framework on the protection of minorities throughout Serbia, notably in the areas of education, language and cultural rights; regrets the recent incidents in Vojvodina involving attacks on ethnic minorities; calls, therefore, on the authorities, particularly the forces of law and order, to investigate all details of the cases concerned;

Stresses the need to involve civil society and to hand responsibility to fisheries sector undertakings so that they will ensure that legal fishing methods are complied with and cooperate with the authorities in combating IUU fishing, within the framework of the social and environmental responsibility of undertakings;
