Austria may apply more stringent protective national legislation existing at the date of the entry into force of the EEA Agreement, concerning the limitation of the operation of aeroplanes covered by Part II, Chapter 2, Volume 1 of Annex 16 to the Convention of International Civil Aviation, second edition (1988) at Austrian airports until 1 April 2002.`
Jusqu'au 1er avril 2002, l'Autriche est autorisée à appliquer dans ses aéroports la législation nationale protectrice plus stricte, applicable à la date d'entrée en vigueur de l'accord EEE, relative à la limitation de l'exploitation des avions relevant de l'annexe 16 de la convention relative à l'aviation civile internationale, volume 1 deuxième partie chapitre 2, deuxième édition (1988)».
