The Commission gathered much information from the discussions relating to administrative cooperation and the fight against fiscal fraud held during the numerous Anti Tax Fraud Strategy expert group meetings(ATFS) and the Standing Committee on Administrative Cooperation meetings (SCAC), but since the practical use of the different instruments of administrative cooperation is a matter for the national tax authorities, consequently this evaluation could only be done on the basis of substantial input from the Member State.
Les discussions concernant la coopération administrative et la lutte contre la fraude fiscale tenues lors des nombreuses réunions du groupe d'experts sur la stratégie de lutte contre la fraude fiscale (ATFS – Anti Tax Fraud Strategy ) et du comité permanent de la coopération administrative (SCAC – Standing Committee on Administrative Cooperation ) ont permis à la Commission de recueillir de nombreuses informations. Toutefois, l'utilisation pratique des différents instruments de coopération administrative étant du ressort des autorités fiscales nationales, l’évaluation réalisée aux fins du présent rapport ne pouvait l’être que sur la base de contributions importantes des États membres.
