If the term of office of the Members of the General Council of the ECB elected as Chair or Vice-Chair ends before the completion of the 5 year term or if for any reason the Chair or Vice Chair are unable to discharge their duties, a new Chair or Vice Chair shall be elected in accordance with paragraph 1.

I would like to ask the vice-chair of the environment committee, could his committee look at the capital cost requirements of our national parks and the crying need for simple maintenance of existing infrastructure in our parks?
