IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

1. From the end of the 18-month period set out in Article 67(5) of the implementing Regulation, interest can be charged by the creditor institution on outstanding claims, unless the debtor institution has made, within six months of the end of the month during which the claim was introduced, a down payment of at least 90 % of the total claim introduced pursuant to Article 67(1) or (2) of the implementing Regulation.

( B ) SUCH REFUND TO A MEMBER WHICH WITHDRAWS SHALL BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THAT MEMBER CEASES TO BE A CONTRACTING PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT , UNLESS AS A RESULT OF THIS WITHDRAWAL THE COUNCIL DECIDES TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT UNDER PARAGRAPH 6 OF ARTICLE 67 PRIOR TO SUCH A REFUND , IN WHICH CASE THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 41 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF ARTICLE 67 SHALL APPLY .
