Taking into account the timing of the CAP reform, and due to the fact that the economic situation of agriculture in southern Finland is difficult and that the producers are, therefore, still in need of specific support, it is appropriate to provide for integration measures whereby Finland may, in accordance with Article 42 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, be authorised by the Commission to grant national aid in southern Finland under certain conditions.
Compte tenu du calendrier de la réforme de la PAC et sachant que, dans le sud de la Finlande, la situation de l'agriculture est difficile et que les exploitants ont donc toujours besoin d'une aide spécifique, il convient de prévoir des mesures d'intégration en vertu desquelles la Finlande peut, conformément à l'article 42 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, être autorisée par la Commission à octroyer une aide nationale dans le sud du pays, à certaines conditions.

Agrees with the Commission that the conditions set out in point (b) of Article 4(1) of the EGF Regulation are met and that, therefore, Finland is entitled to a financial contribution of EUR 2 623 200 under that Regulation, which represents 60 % of the total cost of EUR 4 372 000 for the 1 603 workers made redundant;

Finland submitted an application to mobilise the EGF, in respect of redundancies in STX Finland Oy in Rauma, on 27 May 2014 and supplemented it by additional information as provided by Article 8(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1309/2013.

In so far as the specific additional guarantees for salmonella for Sweden and Finland, which cover the trade of certain live animals, eggs, fresh meat and minced meat, are concerned, minced meat sent from other Member States to Sweden or Finland must comply with Article 3 (1) (g) (i) third indent of Council Directive 94/65/EC, that is, bear an indication that a microbiological test by sampling in the establishment of origin has been carried out or the meat is intended for processing.

Pursuant to Article 59(2)(a) of the Council Regulation concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility, repealing Regulation (EC) No 1347/2000, Finland hereby declares that the Convention of 6 February 1931 between Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden comprising international private law provisions on marriage, adoption and guardianship, together with the Final Protocol thereto, will apply in full in relations between Finland and Sweden, in place of the rules of the Regulation.
