– having regard to the statement by the Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, of 21 May 2015 on the situation in Palmyra; and having regard to the statement by the Spokesperson of High Representative Catherine Ashton of 17 February 2012 condemning the arrest of Mazen Darwich, and to the Local EU Statement of 3 April 2012 on the continued detention without charge of Mr Mazen Darwish and seven other human rights defenders,
– vu la déclaration de la vice-présidente de la Commission et haute représentante de l'Union pour les affaires étrangères et la politique de sécurité, Federica Mogherini, du 21 mai 2015 sur la situation à Palmyre, et vu la déclaration du porte-parole de Catherine Ashton, alors haute représentante de l'Union, du 17 février 2012 condamnant l'arrestation de Mazen Darwish, ainsi que la déclaration locale de l'Union du 3 avril 2012 sur la poursuite de la détention sans accusation de Mazen Darwish et de sept autres défenseurs des droits de l'homme,
