TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In accordance with the Communication from the Commission to the Council and the European Parliament of 19 September 2002 entitled ‘A Strategy for the sustainable development of European aquaculture’ and the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions of 29 April 2013 entitled ‘Strategic guidelines for the sustainable development of EU aquaculture’, the CFP objectives and the Europe 2020 strategy, the EMFF should support the environmentally, economically and socially sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
Conformément à la communication de la Commission au Conseil et au Parlement européen du 19 septembre 2002 intitulée «Stratégie pour le développement durable de l’aquaculture européenne» et la communication de la Commission au Parlement européen, au Conseil, au Comité économique et social et au Comité des régions du 29 avril 2013 intitulée «Lignes directrices stratégiques pour le développement durable de l’aquaculture dans l’Union européenne», aux objectifs de la PCP et à la stratégie Europe 2020, le FEAMP devrait soutenir le développement durable de l’industrie aquacole d’un point de vue environnemental, économique et social.

Maritime spatial planning will contribute, inter alia, to achieving the aims of Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , Council Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 , Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , Council Directive 92/43/EEC , Decision No 884/2004/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council , Directive 2008/56/EC, recalling the Commission communication of 3 May 2011 entitled ‘Our life insurance, our natural capital: an EU biodiversity strategy to 2020’, the Commission communication of 20 September 2011 entitled ‘Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe’, the Commission communication of 16 April 2013 entitled ‘An EU Strategy on Adaptation to Climate Change’ and the Commission communication of 21 January 2009 entitled ‘Strategic goals and recommendations for the EU’s maritime transport policy until 2018’, as well as, where appropriate, those of the Union’s Regional Policy, including the sea-basin and macro-regional strategies.

Finds it regrettable that the Commission communication of 10 April 2013 entitled ‘Second Report on the implementation of the EU Internal Security Strategy’ (COM(2013)0179) expresses scant criticism of activities carried out under the ISS, reasserting the same priorities as its initial communication of November 2010 and failing, in particular, to take account of the consequences of the incorporation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights, most of the provisions of which apply not only to EU citizens but to everyone on EU territory;
62. regrette que la deuxième communication de la Commission du 10 avril 2013 intitulée «deuxième rapport sur la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de sécurité intérieure de l'Union européenne» (COM(2013)0179) soit peu critique sur les actions menées dans le cadre de la SSI et réaffirme les mêmes priorités que dans sa communication initiale de novembre 2010 sans tenir compte notamment des conséquences de l'intégration de la charte des droits fondamentaux, dont la majorité des articles s'applique non seulement aux citoyens européens mais à toutes les personnes présentes sur le territoire de l'UE;

The Commission will complement this with major efforts to create a public debate around the theme: The 2013 European Report on Development, due out in April 2013 and entitled "Post-2015: global action for an inclusive and sustainable future"[18] will add further EU inputs into the global dialogue.
La Commission complétera cette action par des efforts importants visant à susciter un débat public sur le thème précité. Le Rapport européen sur le développement 2013, qui devrait être publié en avril 2013, intitulé «Après 2015: une action mondiale pour un avenir inclusif et durable»[18], apportera des contributions supplémentaires de l’UE au dialogue mondial.
