The competent authorities of the Russian Federation informed the Commission on 11 June 2009 that they modified their decision of 25 April 2008, whereby they excluded from operations into the Community aircraft on the AOC of 13 Russian aircraft which at that time were not equipped to perform international flights as per ICAO standards, since they lacked in particular the required TAWS/E-GPWS equipment.
Le 11 juin 2009, les autorités compétentes de la Fédération de Russie ont informé la Commission de la modification de leur décision du 25 avril 2008, qui interdisait toute exploitation des aéronefs inscrits sur le CTA de 13 transporteurs russes qui, à cette époque, ne disposaient pas de l’équipement nécessaire pour effectuer des vols internationaux dans le respect des normes de l’OACI, notamment parce qu’ils n’étaient pas munis du TAWS et de l’E-GPWS obligatoires.

The competent authorities of the Russian Federation informed the Commission on 9 November 2009 that they modified their decision of 25 April 2008, whereby they excluded from operations into the Community aircraft on the AOC of 13 Russian air carriers.

19. Requests the Commission to continue its screening exercise started in 2007 and to set out clearly further information regarding human resources policy, application of redeployment strategy and the degree of externalisation of tasks for 2009; asks for a follow-up report by 30 April 2009 including the conclusions the Commission will draw with regard to their internal organisation; takes note of the Commission's 2008 follow-up report on "Planning and optimising Commission human resources to serve EU priorities" whereby the Commission confirms its commitment not to request any new posts up to 2013, beyond the last tranche of enlargement-related posts in 2009;
19. invite la Commission à continuer son examen analytique commencé en 2007 et à indiquer clairement les orientations guidant sa politique des ressources humaines, la mise en œuvre de sa stratégie de redéploiement et le niveau d'externalisation des tâches pour 2009; demande, d'ici le 30 avril 2009, un rapport de suivi intégrant les conclusions que la Commission tirera de son organisation interne; prend bonne note du rapport de suivi 2008 de la Commission, intitulé "planifier et optimiser les ressources humaines de la Commission pour servir les priorités de l'UE", sachant que la Commission confirme son engagement de ne pas demander de nouveaux postes jusqu'en 2013, abstraction faite de la dernière tranche de postes liés à l'élargissement en 2009;
