(D) Whereas this application is part of a package of 4 interrelated applications, all of which concern redundancies in 6 different NUTS II regions in the Netherlands operating in the graphic sector; whereas this application is particularly related to applications EGF/2010/029 NL/Zuid-Holland and Utrecht Division 18 presented on the basis of Article 2(b) and EGF/2009/027 Noord-Brabant and Zuid-Holland Division 18 on the same sector and the contiguous NUTS II region;
(D) considérant que cette demande fait partie d'un ensemble de quatre demandes interdépendantes qui concernent toutes des licenciements dans des entreprises établies dans six régions NUTS II différentes des Pays-Bas qui opèrent dans le secteur graphique; considérant que cette demande est particulièrement liée aux demandes EGF/2010/029 NL/Zuid-Holland et Utrecht Division 18, introduites en vertu de l'article 2, point b), et EGF/2009/027 Noord-Brabant et Zuid-Holland Division 18 dans ce même secteur et dans la région contiguë NUTS II;

The Dutch authorities argue that this application meets the requirements for a submission under Article 2(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 citing exceptional circumstances: it covers further redundancies in the same NACE Revision 2 Division during the same reference period as the redundancies covered by application EGF/2010/029 NL/ Zuid-Holland and Utrecht Division 18 that was submitted by the Netherlands under Article 2(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006.

The Netherlands submitted an application on 8 April 2010 to mobilise the EGF, in respect of redundancies in two enterprises operating in the NACE Revision 2 Division 46 (‘Wholesale trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles’) in the NUTS II region of Noord Holland (NL32) and supplemented it with additional information up to 5 August 2010.
Le 8 avril 2010, les Pays-Bas ont présenté une demande de mobilisation du FEM dans le cadre de licenciements intervenus dans deux entreprises relevant de la division 46 de la NACE rév. 2 («commerce de gros, à l'exception des automobiles et des motocycles») dans la région NUTS II de Noord Holland (NL32); cette demande a été complétée par des informations additionnelles, dont les dernières ont été fournies le 5 août 2010.
