In addition to the arguments presented by the Spanish authorities, those developed in previous cases related to shipbuilding and related industries (EGF/2010/001 DK/Nordjylland, EGF/2010/006 PL/H. Cegielski-Poznan, EGF/2010/025 DK/Odense Steel Shipyard and EGF/2011/008 DK/Odense Steel Shipyard ) remain valid.

Notes that the shipbuilding workforce in Europe, in accordance with the Community of European Shipyards' Associations (CESA) annual report for 2010-2011 , has declined by 23 % over the past three years, from 148 792 workers in 2007 to 114 491 workers in 2010; and that EGF assistance has already been mobilised in three cases in the shipbuilding sector over the past three years (EGF/2010/001 DK/Nordjylland , EGF/2010/006 PL/H. Cegielski-Poznan and EGF/2010/025 DK/Odense Steel Shipyard);
5. relève que la main-d'œuvre des chantiers navals en Europe a baissé de 23 % au cours des trois dernières années, passant de 148 792 travailleurs en 2007 à 114 491 travailleurs en 2010 selon le rapport annuel 2010-2011 de la Communauté des associations de chantiers navals européens (CESA), et que le Fonds a déjà été mobilisé à trois reprises dans le secteur des chantiers navals au cours des trois dernières années (EGF/2010/001 DK/Nordjylland , EGF/2010/006 PL/H. Cegielski-Poznan et EGF/2010/025 DK/Odense Steel Shipyard);

Notes that this is the third EGF application addressing the layoffs in the wind turbine industry, all of them from Denmark (EGF/2010/017 DK/Midtjylland Machinery and EGF/2010/022 DK/LM Glasfiber);
