While most applications (5 out of 9) target over 1,000 workers, two others concerning 'small labour markets' target a smaller number, and in the case of the two contributions granted to France (EGF/2007/001 and EGF/2007/002), the Member State specifically aimed the assistance at a sub-set of the workers affected, whose employer had gone bankrupt.
