As regards matters relating to Annex 12 to the Agricultural Agreement and the Appendices thereto, the European Union’s position on matters which are subject to the Decisions of the Joint Committee for Agriculture as referred to in Article 6(3) of the Agricultural Agreement shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 15 of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 (4).
