In support of the appeal, the appellant relies on a certain number of grounds of appeal relating to paragraphs 35, 36, 44, 45, 56, 57, 69, 70, 71, 77, 78, 86, 95 and 96 of the judgment under appeal, alleging breach of the rights of the defence and infringement of the principle of prohibition of arbitrary action, since the Civil Service Tribunal distorted and misinterpreted the facts and misread and misinterpreted the application at first instance and the contested decision.
À l’appui du recours, la partie requérante invoque un certain nombre de griefs relatifs aux points 35, 36, 44, 45, 56, 57, 69, 70, 71, 77, 78, 86, 95 et 96 de l’arrêt attaqué, tirés d’une violation des droits de la défense ainsi que d’une violation du principe d’interdiction de l’arbitraire, le TFP ayant dénaturé et interprété erronément les faits et ayant fait une mauvaise lecture et interprétation de la requête en première instance et de la décision attaquée.

Before the vote, the chair shall inform the appeal committee of the manner in which the discussions and suggestions for amendments have been taken into account, in particular as regards those suggestions which have been largely supported within the appeal committee.

Welcomes the recent UNHCR appeal to mobilise additional international support in order to fund its work for uprooted Iraqis within their country and in neighbouring States and for foreign refugees in Iraq; calls on the EU and the Member States and other international donors to respond to the UNHCR appeal in support of the programmes for Iraqi refugees and IDPs in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey and Iran, as well as Egypt; considers it as an extreme emergency and urges that a significant part of the EU budget earmarked for programmes with Iraq be allocated for this purpose;
2. accueille favorablement le récent appel du HCR à mobiliser un soutien international supplémentaire afin de financer son œuvre au bénéfice tant des Irakiens déplacés dans leur propre pays ou exilés dans les États voisins que des réfugiés étrangers en Irak; invite l'Union européenne, les États membres et les autres donateurs internationaux à répondre à l'appel du HCR à soutenir les programmes en faveur des déplacés et réfugiés irakiens en Irak, en Syrie, au Liban, en Turquie et en Iran, ainsi qu'en Égypte; considère qu'il s'agit d'une extrême urgence et plaide pour qu'une part importante des crédits communautaires alloués à des programmes avec l'Irak soit dépensée à cette fin;

That is why I am appealing for support for the amendments tabled by a group of Members from the Group of the European People’s Party (Christian Democrats) and European Democrats, and from the Union for Europe of the Nations Group, because the report does not deserve our support without these amendments.
