At the request of the European Council, in September 2001 the Commission published the first fully-fledged version of the annual “European Innovation Scoreboard”[13], one of the three building blocks of the European Trend Chart on Innovation that implements the “open coordination approach” in the area of innovation.
À la demande du Conseil européen, la Commission a publié, en septembre 2001, la première version intégrale du «Tableau de bord européen de l'innovation»[13], un des trois outils du «Livre de bord européen sur l'innovation» (« European Trend Chart on Innovation ») qui met en œuvre la «méthode ouverte de coordination» dans le domaine de l'innovation.
