With regard to the debate and the report drawn up by Mrs Schleicher, whose work I welcome, I would say to my fellow Member, Mr Poettering, that we disagree on many things, but I would ask him not to get angry with Mr Kuhne, who raised a request made to us by the Court of Auditors in the Committee on Budgetary Control, and I would ask him, before twelve o’clock, to reconsider his anger and support these amendments, which I think could be positive for everyone.
En ce qui concerne notre débat et l’élaboration du rapport de Mme Schleicher, dont je salue le travail, je tiens à dire à mon collègue, M. Poettering, que nous sommes en désaccord sur de nombreux sujets, mais je voudrais lui demande de ne pas se laisser emporter par les déclarations de M. Kuhne. Je tiens également à lui dire qu’à la commission du contrôle budgétaire, une demande nous a été adressée par la Cour des comptes, et je lui demanderai de revoir son jugement, d'ici midi, et de voter en faveur de ces amendements qui, je pense, peuvent s’avérer très positifs pour tous.
