On 24 April the Commission approved a total of ECU 3 million in funding for a self-sufficiency project to help some 6 000 displaced persons and demobilized soldiers in the department of Matagalpa, north-east Nicaragua (Article B7-302 of the budget: aid towards self-sufficiency for refugees and displaced persons in the Asian and Latin American developing countries).
La Commission européenne a approuvé le 24 avril le financement, pour un montant de 3.000.000 ECU, d'un projet d'aide à l'autosuffisance de quelques 6.000 déplacés et démobilisés dans le Département de Matagalpa, au nord-est du Nicaragua (art. B 7 302 du Budget : "Aide à l'autosuffisance des réfugiés et personnes déplacées dans les P.V.D.- A.L.A". ).
