It should be noted that most Member States (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany France, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden) have initiated new legislation completing or amending existing penal legislation, especially designed to comply with the framework Decision.
