Development of transport related to economic activities The operational programme provides for Community part-financing of three schemes: two sections of the Barranca motorway (Lakuntza - Etxarri-Aranatz and Etxarri-Aranatz - Altsasu-Alsasua), various activities of RENFE/Spanish Railways (restoration and repair of track, bypass tracks and track-related facilities, safety installations, terminals for goods and improvement of traction) and access to industrial estates (in Lesaka and Igantzi).
