Following the DFO’s decision to allocate all of Canada’s 0A turbot quota to Nunavut in 2001, the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board decided in June 2001 to allocate the quota as a single unit to the Baffin Fisheries Coalition,([25]) which has since received the entire allocation.
