Notes that the Accord and the Alliance have completed the inspections of all factories under their remit; urges the Government of Bangladesh to complement such action by swiftly carrying out the inspection of the factories under its responsibility and to adopt adequate remedial actions; welcomes the engagement of those manufacturers who wish to improve standards; encourages the Accord and the Alliance to improve their cooperation and systematically exchange reports of factory inspections to avoid duplication of work and double standards; calls on the Alliance also to publish its reports in Bangla and to provide them with pictures so that they can be accessible to everyone in the country;

Recalls the Strasbourg Declaration of April 2009 by the NATO Alliance; therefore, calls upon the US government and EU member states to make within the Alliance an explicit commitment to work towards a world free of nuclear weapons; urges the US to remove its tactical nuclear weapons from Europe which would signal strong support for the NPT regime, countering proliferation of nuclear weapons and allow the Alliance to direct its scarce resources to addressing today's security needs;

It clearly does not represent the Pashtuns, who account for half of the Afghan population and it goes without saying, therefore, that a government formed or dominated by the Northern Alliance would not meet the criterion of being representative, any more than the Taliban government does, not to mention neighbouring Pakistan’s position on the Northern Alliance, with which we are all familiar.
