Mr. Jim Gouk: Given that a lot of the airport infrastructure was in pretty bad shape when these airport authorities took them over, and given that the Department of Transport still retains ownership of these airports, along with any leasehold improvements, have they given any consideration to amending the formula in such a way that the value of what is invested by the airport authorities on behalf of the government would be given consideration in reduction of rents?
